These videos will aid in the onboarding process of new team members, provide a refresh of some material for those who have been with us a bit longer as well as new tips and tricks on various topics involved in your role with PSP. Team Based Care - Delivery Experience Video

The Team Based Care SGLS content was made available on The Exchange in summer 2018. We have had various webinars launching this new content as well as reviewing the learning pathway one can take in through the delivery. Please find through the link above a Delivery Experience Video where two of your fellow RST colleagues have shared their experiences, successes, and challenges when delivering a TBC SGLS. This training video provides valuable insight into the delivery process as well as peer mentor recruitment and preparation for the session.

Practice Improvement SGLS - Delivery Experience Video

The Practice Improvement SGLS content is currently available on the Exchange and various RST’s have been delivering this content across the province. Please find through the link above a Delivery Experience Video where two of your fellow RST colleagues have shared their experiences, success, and challenges when delivering a PI SGLS. This training video provides valuable insight into the delivery process as well as concrete case study examples of the sessions they have delivered.
