I hope you were all able to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend! I was up around Pemberton and it was HOT! Does anyone else (in the lower mainland or the island at least) feel like we pretty much skipped Spring and went straight to Summer?
We wanted to follow up with you with regard to the coaching
framework session at RST Days on April 26th. As we mentioned at the
session, we are still in the early days of development and there is a
significant amount of work still to do! From talking with the regional leads
and reading through some of the comments in the RST Days evaluation some of you
have questions about why we’re moving in this direction, what the framework is
going to include, how it’s going to affect your work, and what the next steps
are. Attached you’ll find some answers to these questions (and we’ll also post
this to The Exchange). We (Jeni, Nick, Delrae and I) are working closely with
your regional managers and doing our best to ensure ongoing communication about
what stage the work is at as well as what that work is.
In the coming weeks we’ll be sharing the timelines around
development so you can gain a clear picture as to how and when the Framework
Implementation Team contributions, certification and Module Evolution project
are anticipated to come together. In addition, we will highlight milestones for
completing the competencies and delivering training tied to the framework
Space will be created on the PSP Exchange dedicated to housing Coaching Framework information and materials.
If you have any questions, ideas or concerns please don’t
hesitate to reach out!
