Welcome to Movie Monday’s!
Each Monday for the month of May and June we will be releasing a new training or informational video (or series of videos). These videos will aid in the onboarding process of new team members, provide a refresh of some material for those who have been with us a bit longer as well as new tips and tricks on various topics involved in your role with PSP. All of these videos can be found through the hyperlink below as they are released each Monday.
Videos released this week:
The Practice Support Program (PSP) Provincial Office hosted the Spring 2018 RST Days at the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel in Vancouver on April 25th and 26th.
The Regional Support Teams and Provincial Office had the opportunity to come together in one room over the course of two days to encourage a culture of sharing and learning together via different activities, presentations, and networking. The event ran incredibly smoothly, with great participation from team members and the energy in the room was high from start to end, all thanks to an excellent kick-off team building event!
This event summary video shows a compilation of moments captured throughout the 2-day event, showcasing different individuals from the PSP Provincial Office and the Regional Teams demonstrating the positive and collaborative work environment.
The Exchange is a one-stop-shop for access to all PSP content and resources that you need on a daily basis. Documents such as manuals, how-to guides, physician handouts, marketing materials and training webinars are all housed on this site.
This training video outlines navigation techniques and basic skills that will help RSTs from all regions discover what The Exchange offers and how to access the materials. The Exchange is designed to help RSTs from across all regions, and is intended to be a place where you can share each other's personal news, work accomplishments, and significant milestones.
Grab your popcorn and take a look!
Happy watching J
